Gary was a classic ADHD hyperactive boy Gary bunny hopped into the exam room ahead of his parents to start the ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) evaluation. He was a seven year old bundle of raw energy. During the first two minutes, he jumped up onto the exam table stretching out on his back, hopped back on the floor to explore each toy in the toy box, emptied all the toys one by one onto the floor, and finally settled against the wall to read a children’s book.
